I was born in Cameroon, West Africa, where I lived until the end of my teen years. I then moved to France where I graduated from the University of Sorbonne. I also have a masters degree in translation from the University of Montreal, Canada. I currently live with my husband and my son in the South of France.
My adult years were marked by yo-yo dieting until I rediscovered the ways of my grandmother. My success in losing weight and keeping it off has led me to write Eating the Ethnic Way for Weight Loss in the hope it would bring you the breakthrough you seek in achieving permanent weight loss.
