Boost your Metabolism with Chili

 Readers of Eating the Ethnic Way for Weight Loss know that I drink a lot of chili tea daily. I want to warn those who are not used to this fantastic metabolism booster though, start slowly and work your way up as you get accustomed to the spicy taste.

  Directions for preparing your tea for beginners.
½ tea spoon of chili powder or 1 tea spoon of chili flakes for 1 liter of water.
 Boil water and pour over the chili powder. Start drinking after 10-15 mn.

This tea will not only boost your metabolism but it will also support the body elimination functions.
